Russian Consulate General in Edinburgh

On 25th May 2018, the Russian Consul General in Edinburgh Mr Andrey A.Pritsepov presented Ushakov Medal to a WWII Veteran David Mackie, who took part in the Arctic Convoys.
According to Decree of the President of the Russian Federation the Medal is awarded «for personal courage and valor shows during World War II while participating in the Arctic Convoys».
David Mackie shared his memories about the passages through the restless waters of the Arctic to Murmansk on destroyer HMS Caprice under repeated attacks by the enemy during the Arctic Convoys.
He also received a a set of the commemorative gifts commissioned to mark the 75th anniversary of the first Convoy codenamed Dervish.

How could I contact David Mackie? My 93 year old father also served on HMS Caprice on six convoys.
