POLAR BEAR
The Arctic Ocean is his to roam. A forbidden zone few dare call home. His hunt goes on from floe to floe, He shares the sea where few ships go.
We were in the ice and crushing through, The NUBEAN and her jaunty crew. We paused our work amid the roar, Of a polar bear miles from the shore.
He stood up tall we could see his paws, He hunts for seals with enormous claws. He was the king of that vast domain, Whatever prey was his to claim.
We cleared the ice, survived the tale, You can see the claw marks in our rail. A scary time but we were there, In a place ruled by the polar bear.
