Ushakov Medal presented to the Arctic Convoys Veterans
On 7 April Attaché of the Embassy Oleg Shor presented the Ushakov medals to the Arctic Convoys veterans Mr Paul Randall ROBSHAW, Mr Blanchard RONALD, Mr Frederick William COOPER, Mr Roy Dennis KIRBY, Mr William Charles MERRY, Mr Basil Harold COLE, Mr Mason HERBERT, Mr Jack Kenneth VINCENT and Mr Eric Pugh, who were awarded this military honour by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation for their personal courage and bravery displayed in WWII.
