TODAY, Tuesday 11 March 2014, the President of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed the decree No. 131 on awarding the Ushakov Medal to British veterans of the Arctic Convoys! CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL VETERANS!!!

Apparently “It was David Cameron who personally insisted the Arctic Star medal was awarded last year” Jeremy Clarkson.

No date has been announced thus far for the Ushakov issue, but the decree has been signed.
