Ushakov Medals presented to British veteran of the Arctic Convoys at the Russian Embassy
On 22 of March British veteran of the Arctic Convoys Mr. Peter HARNESS was presented the Ushakov Medals by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation for his personal courage and bravery displayed in WWII by Attache of the Russian Embassy Mr Oleg Shor.
