Ushakov Medal presented to the Arctic Convoys Veterans
On 28 July Attaché of the Embassy Oleg Shor presented the Ushakov medals to the Arctic Convoys veterans Mr William LOWE, Mr George KIRK, Mr Alfred George WEBSTER, Mr Arthur BARLOW, Mr Wilfred WALSH, Mr Alan Jefferson GRAY, Mr Frank COX and Mr Richard , who were awarded this military honour by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation for their personal courage and bravery displayed in WWII.
