Ushakov Medals presented to the Arctic Convoys Veterans in Sunderland area.
On 27 September, Counsellor of the Embassy Konstantin Shlykov presented the Ushakov medals to the Arctic Convoy veterans Mr Francis William HEIGHINGTON, Mr Thomas HEDLEY, Mr George Edgar LOMAX, Mr William DELANEY, and Mr John Robert BROOK.
