On 4-5 November 2016 Third Secretary of the Russian Embassy Elizaveta Vokorina presented the Ushakov medals to the veterans of the Arctic Convoys Mr Sydney ATKINSON, Mr Thomas Henry ROBINSON, Mr Stanley FERGUSON, Mr Bertram Henry MILLARD and Mr William James MITCHELL.
