On 25-27 November Attaché of the Embassy Vadim Retyunskiy presented the Ushakov medals to the Arctic Convoy veterans Mr Evans James DAVIS, Mr Luther Howell THOMAS, Mr John STAPLES, Mr Arthur Vernon AVERY, Mr Evan Oswald EVANS and Mr Robert Lloyd OWEN.
