Memorable gifts are presented to Scottish Veteran of Arctic Convoys
On 4th April 2017, the Russian Consul General in Edinburgh Mr Andrey A.Pritsepov handed over to a WWII Veteran who took part in the Arctic Convoys, Mr Eric Wallace Lloyd, a set of memorable gifts created on the occasion of the 75th Anniversary of the first Arctic Convoy calling Archangelsk.
The most precious present for the Veteran was a book about Arctic Convoys “Cold Seas and Warm Friendships» which contains a story about his own heroic deeds.
