Memorable gifts presented to son of the Scottish Veteran of Arctic Convoys
On 27th of April 2017, the Russian Consul General in Edinburgh Mr Andrey A.Pritsepov handed over to a son of a WWII Veteran who took part in the Arctic Convoys, Mr Tom Sleith, a set of memorable gifts created on the occasion of the 75th Anniversary of the first Arctic Convoy calling Archangelsk as well as a personalized officer wrist watch “VOSTOK” .
Mr Tom Sleith maintains longstanding friendly ties with Russia. He volunteered to join the programs helping children of Chernobyl and Beslan.
