Kent's last Heroes - Tunbridge Wells navy veteran Guy Huntrods tells his storyFrom first appearances, Guy Huntrods looks like a man enjoying a well-deserved retirement after a lifetime of working around the globe in investment banking. However aged just 16 when war broke out, Mr Huntrods found himself embroiled in the biggest conflict the world had ever seen. In the first of a series of interviews with Kent's last heroes, one Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve veteran recalls the heroism and the horror of the Second World War. Surviving bitterly cold arctic waters and landing troops during one of the biggest invasions the world had ever seen, the exploits of one 94-year-old sound like something out of an adventure novel.
