I would appreciate any assistance in finding more on the SS Maywood.
There were 2 as below:
Maywood(1) 1188 1901 J.T.Duncan WW1
Maywood(2) 1823 1922 J.T.Duncan WW2
All that I have thus far is:
Barry Roads January 15th 1941
World War II: The cargo ship Maywood, 1823 tons - struck a mine and was damaged in the Irish Sea / off the South Wales Coast - 51°21′N 3°16′W). She was beached at Whitemore Bay, Barry.
As mentioned all and any help will be appreciated.
