A German-manned warship passed Penarth seafront this morning on the way in to Cardiff Docks.
She is the NATO warship A 511 which is manned by the German Navy personnel. The vessel - classed as a Military Ops ship - had departed from Eemshaven in Holland on September 7th.
This ship under the German flag although she carries the NATO emblem on her funnel . Her length overall is 101 metres and her width is 16 metres.

Apparently, a NATO warship from Latvia sailed into Cardiff this morning. A further NATO ship from Belgium was following.
Hope it is not a case of loose lips sinks ships or I an in trouble.
