Christmas Greetings

I would like to say hello to all that I am in contact with via the “Tregenna” website and thank everyone that has both aided and supported or contributed to all that I attempt.

Many that assist greatly, I have never met. Yet, you are invaluable in all.

I intend no Hollywood type mention of all or list everyone, but will attempt to pass this on to as many as pos. Please do not feel left out if I fail to send a personal copy, there are so many of you and I have not all details.

I generally post on “Tregenna” herself and on Brian’s.

Tregenna is fairly much a one man band and a particular tribute, although the intention is to assist and aid others in return for all the help and assistance that I have received myself.

2010 has been in particular a testing year and although I have managed to rise above all, look to 2011to surpass my own Annus Horribilis.
The New Year will see a differing outlook from myself, I intend to put all that I have done in the past into some form of recorded tribute that may both further all awareness, but differently look for donations. This is not for the website itself, I have and will always bear these costs.

I look for a year of fund raising. A new venture to some extent, but wish to achieve much in my own time, I would like to see a Central / National fund achieved for future projects as in or for the work of the likes of Billy McGee etc.

Before 2010 has gone, may I wish all a Very Merry Christmas and all good fortune for the New Year.

2011 if possible will see a planned refurbishment of the C.P.T. Foster, (Trevessa) grave, a remembrance in the year of her demise: Paddle Steamer Barry, A general fund possibly ensuing to help all, all help and assistance in all other MN Ventures that I can.

In the meantime, thank you all, Merry Christmas and a happy new year.

Firstly for anyone else reading, I translate equipage as crew.

Carmen herself is in France and is explaining in better English than my electronic French.

The T connection is remote, apart from the fact both were lost to the sea and included the sad loss of life. T could also be seen as to relate to tribute. This is what we attempt to remember.

The practice of calling Hain vessels after Cornish place names continuing the prefix “Tre”meaning “town” or “hamlet” is fairly well known and the Cornish language has early day links both Breton, France and Welsh (Wales)

Titanic as with many including Lusitania should be remembered forever along with every other ship in or out of conflict.

Premièrement pour n'importe qui lecture d'autre, je traduis l'équipage en tant qu'équipage. Carmen elle-même est en France et explique dans le meilleur anglais que mon Français électronique. Le raccordement de T est à distance, indépendamment du fait tous les deux ont été perdus à la mer et ont inclus les pertes humaines tristes. T a pu également être vu quant à se rapportent à l'hommage. Est ce ce que nous essayons de nous rappeler.
