A commemoration to mark the 40th Anniversary of the Falklands conflict will take place at the Cenotaph, Gladstone Rd, Barry on Sunday 12th June, meeting from 10.30, 11.00 start
EVERYONE IS WELCOME as we commemorate 40 years since the end of the Falklands Conflict, 'Operation Corporate '.
Associations and organisations, including youth groups, are most welcome to attend with Standards.
We will be laying badged crosses to remember the fallen and those who supported the active servicemen.
Crosses will be available on the day from our gazebo for anyone wishing to lay their tribute. Barry's cadet forces will lay the remaining crosses.
