Barry is proud town with a rich history. This is a list of the 704 Barry men who gave their lives in WW1 and are commemorated on the Barry Memorial Hall Roll of Honour. It includes boys as young as 14 years and men as old as 66 years, 2 fathers and their sons, many brothers, cousins, and close friends. We shall be forever grateful for their willingness, courage, and self-sacrifice. We will not forget.  |
