The Seafarers’ CharityJoin us in honoring D-DAY 80 with the Lamp Lights of Peace. On 6 June 2024, The Seafarers’ Charity will join the national commemorations marking the 80th Anniversary of the D-Day landings in Normandy, France. In memory of the contribution of seafarers who were involved in what was the largest seaborne invasion in history, we have sponsored a Ceremonial Torch, one of many to be lit across the UK to pay tribute to those who sacrificed so much for the freedom we enjoy today. We encourage you to participate in this event in your own way by ordering a 'Lamp Light of Peace' through the link below.
