THEY gathered in numbers today at the SA1 Memorial to the Merchant Seamen and Fishermen of Swansea to remember those who gave their lives during the Second World War, along with other conflicts.
Civic dignitaries took their place alongside city branch members of the Merchant Navy Association for the annual outdoor service of remembrance and thanksgiving held at the SA1 Memorial to the Merchant Seamen and Fishermen of Swansea.
